In this workshop, we’ll discuss ways to structure our evenings that encourage sleep. We also review some surprising sleep studies that can help us, because knowledge is power!
Then Richard will guide you through a full yoga sequence that gets you into “rest and digest” mode. This all-levels practice is good for anybody who is looking for simple and effective ways to unwind in the evening.
