Do you have a method to get to sleep? If we wake up in the middle of the night, what should we do? A quiet yoga practice and a relaxed perspective can help.
In this workshop, we’ll discuss ways to structure our evenings to encourage sleep. We’ll also review some surprising sleep studies that give us new perspectives and agency. Most importantly, we will practice relaxing (yes, you can get good at it!).
This all-levels practice is good for anybody who is looking for simple and effective ways to unwind in the evening.
